Welcome to our beautifully designed 1-bedroom unit, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small family of 3 for a relaxing getaway.
Nestled along the stunning Waiau Beach waterfront (2 minutes drive from Clarks Beach), this accommodation offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge, and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

This 1-bedroom suite is perfect for a couple, two friends wanting separate sleeping arrangements, or a family with one or two young children. The large sofa in the cosy lounge converts to a luxurious queen sofa bed. You also get a separate bathroom, separate toilet, a laundry, and a well-stocked kitchenette. Private access

With a well-equipped kitchen, two lounges, and sleeping space for up to 7 guests, this is the ideal destination to relax, recharge, and soak in the serenity.
You have two beautifully appointed self-contained 1-bedroom units (Kotare & Tui) combined into a spacious 2- or 3-bedroom bundle. The second lounge can become a third bedroom, for the large sofa converts to a luxurious queen sofa bed. With The Works you also get a separate bathroom and toilet, a laundry and a well-stocked kitchenette.
Rates: $340 per night + $20 per additional guest per night (beyond 2 guests).
